[좋은아침] 재브라질 대한체육회(회장 박경천)와 재브라질 대한축구협회(회장 안세명)에서는 2021 이민자축구대회(Copa Gringos)에 참가하여 3위의 성적을 거둔 한인 축구 대표팀(감독 루시오 김) 팀원들의 경기 성과를 축하하는 축하연을 17일(금) 상파울로 시내에 위치한 슈하스카리아에서 개최하였다.
이날 축하연은 황인상 총영사, 서기용 경찰 영사, 박경천 체육회장, 안세명 축구협회장, 한인 축구 대표 선수단과 가족 지인들이 참석하였으며, 한국 최초의 브라질 1부리거 ‘치코’ 김현솔 선수 또한 이날 축하연에 참여를 자리를 빛내 주었다.
이번 2021 이민자 축구대회에 출전하였던 한인 축구 대표팀은 Selection, Royal, Kobra, Korea 축구 동호회 소속 축구인들로 구성이 되었으며, 재브라질 대한체육회(회장 박경천)와 재브라질 대한축구협회(회장 안세명)에서 후원을 하였다.
박경천 체육회장은 이날 “이번 대회에 참가하여 끝까지 최선을 다한 우리 선수들이 너무나 자랑스럽다”며 엄지를 치켜세웠으며, 루시오 감독은 대회에 열심히 임해준 선수들에게 감사함을 표한 후 “부족한 부분을 보강하여 다음 대회에서는 꼭 우승하도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
한국 최초의 브라질 1부리거 ‘치코’ 김현솔 선수는 “이번 시즌을 잘 마무리하여 너무나 감사드리며, 저도 어렸을 때 아버지를 따라다니면서 한인들과 축구를 하면서 선수의 꿈을 키웠는데 이런 뜻깊은 자리에 참석하게 되어 너무나 기쁘다.”며 “이곳 브라질에서 한국인을 대표한다는 마음으로 자부심을 품고 경기에 임하는 데 항상 최선을 다하는 겸손한 모습, 자신감 넘치는 모습을 보여주겠다”고 각오를 밝혔다.
